New customers get an initial home completed home inspection report. Then every 6 months you will get a biyearly home report card showing improvements that have been made or new repairs that need to happen since last inspection.

- Member subscription starts at $33 a month. $55/mo with biannual professional pest inspection. For that, you get two inspections of your home a the year, once every 6 months.
