New home Construction inspections while being built
Just like an inspection for a newly constructed home, our team will monitor the building of the home with routine visits. We provide extra assurance that something the builder or inspector missed isn’t being covered up by drywall only to become an issue down the road. Typically, we come to the build site: just before pouring the footings, before backfilling, before insulation installation, before drywall install, and any other time it is necessary. We then create a report based on what we witnessed each time. At the end of the build we will come back one last time for a final home inspection. Some may consider this level of inspection excessive, but an extra set of experienced eyes looking over your newly built home in a priceless investment.
